Bob joined the ELC family in 1999. He worked as a group Leader for four summers before moving to New York for two years. While in NY, Bob continued his camp career by spending two summers at Breezemont Day Camp in Armonk, NY. Bob’s love for summer camp really started during his childhood while attending various sports camps. Throughout his teen and college years he worked at Camp Cedarcliff in Poughkeepsie, NY. He earned his Bachelors in Secondary Education at SUNY Plattsburgh and his Masters in Education from Walden University. Before joining our staff full time in 2007 Bob enjoyed nine years as a middle school teacher. He and his wife Traci met at ELC, they are the first ELC marriage, and, consequently have the first two “ELC babies.” Bob and Traci live in Boynton Beach with their children Carly and Brayden.
